ipsec issue

Hi,

I have a problem with site to site , only icmp traffic is not getting through . In logs I can't find anything . 

How can I begin troubleshotting If there is nothing in the logs

# diagnose sniffer packet <vpn-tunnel-name> 'icmp' 4 0 l

 

you see traffic going into the tunnel? can you look at both sides?
