Hi,

What if the default action  is "default " instead of block ,

does it not block any  intrusion ?

If there are specific IPS signatures you are needing this info on (and also override the default action as necessary), just go to Security Profiles -> IPS Signatures and note the value in the "Action" column.  If you want to override the default, you would just add that entry (or a severity level, if desired) to your IPS profile(s) and set the new desired action.  I hope this helps!
