iphone 6 - mobile hotspot - cant connect to ssl vpn on windows 10 laptop

Hello all, hoping someone can help.

We have a user that cant connect to the ssl vpn via the forticlient when they are using a hotspot on their iphone 6.

Are there any issues for why this wouldnt work? the device is up to date, and weve tested it fine on an iphone 6s and android devices? they can surf the web but it just fails to connect to the vpn.

Afternoon,

I have a similar issue since IOS 13. SSLVPN will not complete setup if hotspotting on an iphone using a windows computer.

Use an older iphone without IOS13, or use a sansung as the hostpot and the VPN setups up as usual.

Does anyone have an ideas where to start?

I also have a similar issue with IOS 15.4.1 SSLVPN will not complete setup if hotspotting on an iphone using a Windows computer.
