internet restrict policy for mobile devices

hai,

     I am using fortigate 60 D, here i have enabled dhcp server (Address Range). i have reserved some ip's for pc and also laptop users(wifi). now mobile devices will connect through dhcp, so my need is to block internet to the mobile users except some.

please help me the steps to set the policy in 60D.

Do you have any plans how you'd like to differentiate between "Allowed" and "Not Allowed" mobile users?

By authentication? By Device type?

I dont want to concentrate on computers, my only need is to restrict internet to the mobiles. for eg: here using 30 mobiles, in this i want to allow internet to 10 mobiles, balance 20 mobiles to be blocked.
