internet not working for 2 computers

Hello everyone,

i am running firmware 5.2.8

I have a strange thing, admin computer and another computer they can not access the Internet through the FortiGate I have about 100 pcs work well, I've tried to use my account from another computer is already can I access the Internet

Note: i am using FSSO to allow users internet.

What should to check to solve this isse?

any insight will be appreciate

After added DC agent to another dc internet totally gone.

i am in trouble now , please help

Its working now , but with ADC not , i want make DC primary

Hi there,

Last time it happened to me i had changed the password of the administrator that I used to install FSSO so you will need to enter the new password in the FSSO service and restart it. You can create two collector agents like i did, see attached.

This a problem occurred after restart domain controller.
