internet not working for 2 computers

Hello everyone,

i am running firmware 5.2.8

I have a strange thing, admin computer and another computer they can not access the Internet through the FortiGate I have about 100 pcs work well, I've tried to use my account from another computer is already can I access the Internet

Note: i am using FSSO to allow users internet.

What should to check to solve this isse?

any insight will be appreciate

So you used different accounts and still does not work? Meaning all accounts are not working on those two computers?

Are the machines on the domain?

yes all the accounts not working in this 2 machine but now become more than 10 machine not working.

yes , machines member of domain.

So everything was working until you reboot the domain controller?

Do you have another domain controller?

Did you upgrade the Fortigate recently?

what version of the FSSo is installed on the domain controller?

yes i have additional domain controller

i have upgrade fortigate firmware to latest on 5.2.8

the FSSO version is 5.0.0237

Hi there,

Install "Dc agent" on the second domain controller or make sure you are using polling mode on the FSSO controller.

I usually install dc agent even if I am running in polling mode.

I also noticed if you add a new machine to the domain  the Internet does not work on this machine
