install persistent agent in MacOs - FortiNAC
Hello friends, could you help me with this question.
To install the persistent agent on a MAC computer, what certificates are needed? I downloaded the agent from FORTINAC itself.
But when I try to install it, it gives me a message that requires certificates
The message is the following:
Before authenticating on the server, you should examine the server certificate to make sure it is suitable for this network.
To see the certificate, click on "show certificate".

The certificate is used for Agent communication over TCP, but this should not be requested during the installation. Where do you get this error?
Which Agent version are you trying to install? It's recommended to use the latest versions, for MacOS would be 10.7.2.13. Some details on how to get the latest version are shown here (use Agent_10).

I am downloading it this way. But I only find this agent for Mac OS. Is this correct? Because that is how I downloaded the agent.

You should first change the 'Agent Distribution Directory' as shown below and than try to download the latest version:

Is it not required to download an SSL certificate to be installed on the Mac OS computer?

On the previous reply here in the deployment guide you can find explained the need of the SSL certificate for the agent to communicate with FNAC, but this should not prevent the agent installation. The end host should have the root CA that is used to sign the Agent certificate of FNAC to its trusting store. This certificate can be managed in FNAC as shown below:
