iOS client troubleshooting steps

If you have VPN connection problem with your own FortiGate, here are some steps that can help you to troubleshoot the issue: 1. Try to connect to your FGT via a browser on a PC using the same login credentials and host port (used by the iOS app): a) If you cannot connect either, this indicates that the problem is most likely on your FGT side. Please contact your FGT admin to sort out the issue. b) If you can connect, then you probably should report the issue to Fortinet. 2) Please also try to connect to the Fortinet demo site: ssldemo.fortinet.com. You can add the demo site from the info icon: Help -> Demo -> Add Demo Account If you can connect and see all the bookmarks, this indicates that the problem (to your server) is probably configuration related. you can report the issue to Fortinet including the troubleshooting steps you have done. This will help to resolve the issue sooner. LC
