Alright, here's what I'm experiencing. Attached images (.PNG) are either passing at an extremely slow speed or simply never even arrive to their destination. All we see are the 3 dots that typically indicate typing from the sender on the iMessage recipients pane.
Here's what they see:
Nominating a forum post submits a request to create a new Knowledge Article based on the forum post topic. Please ensure your nomination includes a solution within the reply.
Since I can't attach my screenshots I'll try and describe what I've done thus far.
I created an Apple address
Subnet/ IP Range = 17.0.0.0/255.0.0.0
Interface = Any
I then created services:
Apple 16384-16387 (UDP)
Apple 16393-16402 (UDP)
Apple 2195 (TCP)
Apple 2196 (TCP)
Apple 3478-3497 (UDP)
Apple 443 (TCP)
Apple 5223 (TCP)
I identified destination ports accordingly AND source ports which I set to Low = 0 and High = 65535

Select the “Nominate to Knowledge Base” button to recommend a forum post to become a knowledge article.
