I just can configure these commands

config collectors

is netflow or sflow needs licenses ???

Sflow or netflow don't need licenses, the configuration only shows the collector IP, you also need to speficify the port number and then enable sampling under the interfaces.

set sample-direction 'rx | tx | both'

set sflow-counter-interval "interval''
