httpsd crash

Hello team,

I cannot access web gui via https. the https port is different from 443. When the service is restarted ( diag sys kill -httpsd id - )

the web gui is accessible. But after a 5-10 minutes, the issue is occurred again. And again the service is restarted, gui is normal for 5-10 minutes.

Is this issue regarding mtu size? Or is there any suggestion?

Thanks.

If this is a bug you should probably open a ticket with Fortinet TAC to get that figured out.

Are you able to change the https management port back to 443, in case that's part of the issue?

Does it crash even if you don't access the web gui?  If so, maybe try flushing your cache or try a different browser?

Hi,

I will log a call with support but it does not happen the whole time but when it does it is SO frustrating!

It happens on all browsers and pc's I try, so it is not the cash. All other views work (Destinations, applications... etc.) just not the "Sources" view.

Cheers,

Johan
