https site times out

Hello,

I have a site that times out while a week ago I was accessing it normally.

At the logs it says

Accept: session timeout

and I have sent but not received bytes

I have added to ssl exception list but it did not work

Also, at the web filter logs I do not see that URL

https://seffaflik.epias.com.tr

Any ideas?

Thanks and regards,

Konstantinos

Hey Konstantinos,

per the webfilter database the website is in category 'Business', so should not be blocked due any webfiltering or similar: https://www.fortiguard.com/webfilter?q=seffaflik.epias.com.tr&version=9

There are websites that can help identify if the issue is on your end or the website itself (like https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com ), maybe that can shed some insight if it's just you having issues accessing the website (in which case FortiGate might be interfering, for example), or if everyone has issues accessing the website (in which case it is probably NOT your FortiGate).

Yes the issue is with fortiFw

Maybe SSL but I have created an FQDN to add it to ssl exception and it is not working

The site is still blocked.

The web filter does not affect it as I have removed it from the policy and it is the same.
