how to get the alert/notification for SSL VPN login users?

Hi,

is there any way to get the alert/notification when user logged in through SSL VPN?

usually i receive alerts by email when user entered wrong password on SSL VPN but i am not getting success login alerts.

i am not using forti analyzer.

Any suggestion.

You can create an automation stitch with the trigger as FortiOS Event logs and call the below Events.

FortiClient VPN connected  --- ID 45124

SSL connection established --- ID 38408

SSL VPN tunnel up ------ ID 39947

Then create the action as an email and configure the required info. You can check the below link for a reference example, it's not exactly for the SSL VPN user login.
