how to generate reports with computer hostname

I just want to verify what would be the settings in my fortigate and fortinalyzer in order to generate reports with ip address including computer hostname. If possible could you pls provide step by step inorder to achieve this goal.

Both FGT and FAZ running on 5.2.x
