how to exempt specific sender, domain or email server in FortiMail

I am new to FortiMail, just want to seek help on how to configure FortiMail to exclude/exempt specific sender address, domain or email server in FortiMail?

I am confused if the above exemption can be done through Recipient Based or Access Control.

Do you mean you are looking for block listing and safe listing?

If so you will find it under Security > Block/Safe List menu.
