how to csv export guest accounts

Hi everyone,

Quick question, is way to export guest accounts to a csv file other then "dia test guest list" ? 

So we can import this csv to our sharepoint site and create a basic demand workflow .

i am not aware of any, if you are somewhat good with scripting or someone else in the office is, they should be able to build something from the "diag test guest list" output.
