Hi Johnie,
It's for VIP loadbalancer? if yes, i don't see udp protocol in ldb-monitor.
Only thoses options :
ping PING health monitor.
tcp TCP-connect health monitor.
http HTTP-GET health monitor.
https HTTP-GET health monitor with SSL.
dns DNS health monitor.
is that what you want?
This option udp is present in fortiADC.

Hi Johnie,
UDP health check is not an available option under ldb-monitor, this could be a feature request.

Yes,It is for VIP load balancer. But I can't find any UDP protocol health check option. In our in house application uses UDP Port number UDP-2289 and UDP-2287. I want to monitor those port for virtual load balancing.
