We have this odd issue where the memory is spiking to 85% on avg its 80% and causing internet down
firmware : v6.2.0 build0866 (GA)
Can anybody please tell how to fix this problem??

Can you check which process is causing the high memory usage?
diagnose sys top-mem 15
Please try restarting the process and check if the memory usage comes down.
You may create a automation script to restart the particular process automatically till we identify the root cause.
