help!
Greetings, community. I hope you are doing well. I am trying to reach a Fortigate 80F through the LINKDDNS, but I am unable to access the device. However, when I ping the public IP and the LINKDDNS of the device, I do not experience any packet loss.

On your front-end router you need to configure port forwarding, i.e.: TCP 443 external -> 443 internal.
By the way for security it is not recommended to open FG management on WAN.

Hi Reynolds
- What do you mean by LINKDDNS? Do you mean Dynamic DNS?
- And do you mean you can't access FGT via HTTPS/SSH?
- Is your FG connected to WAN via a router? Is it in bridge mode? Otherwise did you configure port forward on your router?
