help - VPN client can ping to gateway via local address. not to others

I've set vpn connection for ipad use vpn for ipad wizzard

my ipad can can connect to vpn, and can access fortigate web management from internet browser on ipad. but ipad can't communication with another clients on local network.

need help please.
