Have you tried a factory reset? Do you lost the pings over WIFI and LAN or only over WIFI?

If it's on both sites.

Whats happens when you disable Wifi? Do you have the same problem again?

1. yes i try it

2. both. but the lan goes down after few hours. or few minutes.

3. when the network is down. i turn off the wifi and reconnect and it's works

Chris

Very strange behavior. I have never seen those before.

Have you take a look on crashlogs if some exists.

diag debug crashlog

If nothing is shown then none exists.

Can you tell us what you have already tried?

So we do not need to ask you things that you have already done before.

hi i try this command, no output.

because this FortiOs don't support logging to disk

i try put the wifi and internal lan in the same interface.(same class)

i disable all the features.

i did a lot.
