I have some unused FortiTokens in one of my FortiGate devices, and I want to transfer them to another FortiGate device. How can I do that?

Hi,
If these are the built-in 2 tokens in the FortiGate, they can't be transferred, else if the tokens are licensed, you can contact customer service to transfer the licenses to a different FortiGate
Thanks
These are licensed tokens. If I transfer one license, all the tokens under that license will be transferred as well. This is not acceptable because some tokens under this license are currently in use.
Hi,
you can check with Customer Service
Thanks,

Those licenses come like 5-token license, 10-token, 25-token, and so on. When each license is transferred, none of existing users would work at the current FGT. All of them have to migrate to the new FGT. In other words, those licenses are not breakable into peaces.
We recently had to migrate a part of 100-token license users to 10-token license x 2 on one of our FGTs, then transfer the 100-token license to another FGT, because that customer didn't need 100 tokens any more.
Toshi
