How can I set up a DMZ for the Fortigate VM we are running in Azure?

You can find the table (mapping between VM size/type and number of interfaces) by following the link below:
In case your VM type only supports 2 interfaces, while you need 3 or more, you may consider to resize or redeploy different VM type.

FortiGate in Azure supports restoring configuration by loading configuration via GUI.
You may consider to shut down existing VM and after successful migration delete it.

The number of NIC/interfaces in Azure depends on the VM size. Generally the bigger VM, the more interfaces it can support.

The actual working number of consumable network interfaces varies depending on Microsoft Azure instance types/sizes and may be less. Current test version is FortiOS 7.2.3.
