fortigate not allow send and receive emails form outside

Hi,

i am new just last week i purchased new fortigate 200D Device installed in my network after installation i facing a problem users cannot send and receive emails outside i am tried to solve since last monday but no luck,because my experience a little please i need your help urgently if possible

i will upload my network diagram to tell me if the fortigate protect my network or not(please advise me)
