fortigate firewalls is getting down which are connected in a same network

Hey folks, I'm currently dealing with a recurring issue where multiple FortiGate firewalls in the same network keep going down. Despite our efforts, we find ourselves constantly rebooting to maintain firewall functionality. In case these Firewall are in HA then you have to assign different cluster id.

When same cluster id is assigned to different cluster pairs they will have same MAC and they will conflict.

You might plug in console to Fortigate and see what it show on console output then just able to determine what is causing the issue.
