fortigate deployment create new iisue for me

Dear All,

please help to solved this issue.

scenario is before we have 2 200e in HA mode after that 2 Core switches 3850 in HSRP mode ,one static route for 3 working vlan and all done .(client ,datacenter and management)

working good .

now we have deployed 2 new fortigate 100f  for clients and 100e for data center mean segregating the traffic.

client and management vlan behind 100f and dataecenter is behind 100E.

on cisco we use policy based routing to router traffic to there respective firewalls.

polices are all-to all for now after that  ssh to all Cisco device on management vlan is working one time and then gone  need to restart my pc .

Having slowness and with database server i am getting session timeout very soon .

please any one faces any issue please help-me with that i am sharing diagram of new deployment
