fortigate VM import CA certificate,incorrect certificate file format for CA/LOCAL/CRL/REMOTE cert

i try to import CA certificate,but it seems has some error.

i use the same certificate in 60E,it is OK. So is this because of the licensing issue with the virtual machine V7.2.8?

AFAIK eval license would not be able to use certificate/encryption.
