fortigate API to fetch Predefined Application port data

Hi team, is there any fortigate API exist to get predefined application list and their default ports.
for example for this
https://fortiguard.fortinet.com/appcontrol/59759
application name is Spacely.AI_Post and default port is TCP/80, TCP/443 and UDP/443.
I want an api that provides either application name or id and their respective default ports.
