forticlient web filter option when not connected to vpn

Hello,

Is there a way to configure forticlient to get the same web filtering policies that are configured in fortigate?

The customer wants to be able to filter web traffic for their users when they are not on the corporate network and without the need of having an active ssl vpn tunnel.

The client has a single fortigate.

Is this possible?
