forticlient not updating.

Hi

We have fortigate 100D.

We also have 2000 licenses for forticlient.

I have noticed that the pcs have not received any updates for Antivirus, Antivirus extended, Anti-Rootkit or vunerability scans.

(this has been an issue from day one -  see attached pic.)

 

can anyone advise on what we need to do?

i read somewhere that we need to open port 443, on the fortigate to allow the AV to update, but if anyone can advise that would be great.

if people here may took so long to reply your inquiry, I would highly recommend to create ticket to fortinet tac so that they can assist you further :)
