forticlient login fail with no error msg

when i put ID/PASSWORD, 

i can see status : connecting... forever.. and no raise up percentage. just connecting.

im sure connection setting. 

whats the problem?

First, Let's check config

Second, Check to see if there is any problem with connecting to other PC clients.

Third, check the sslvpn debug and GUI sslvpn log

Trying installing this Visual Studio Redistributable: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

The Forticlient VPN Application is trying to start fortitray.exe, but it needs a .dll file to work (mfc140u.dll) which is missing from Windows.

After installing and a reboot, the latest version of Forticlient VPN app should work again.
