I have a remote user (very remote) that is having connection issues with his SSL VPN.
he is on forticlinet 5.4
I tried to look at logs, but when I looked at the log folder, I tried opening the fclog.dat file with notepad and get a lot of gibberish.
how can I view the log files? I have suspicion that the main issue is the internet speed and connection, but would like to view the logs to see any errors.
