Hello,
Suddenly from yesterday, we have encountered a problem with one user who tries to log in with his Forticlient but gets a blank screen when he starts the program,,
We tried to uninstall the program but we get a message that says that we are not able to do that because it is connected to a remote management server.
We disconnected the user from the EMS side but we still get the same message when we try to uninstall.
I tried googling for this issue but couldn't find a fix for the problem.
Is anybody encountered this problem before?

Could you please check if you are having windows defender or third party av which could be blocking the third party virus which could be preventing from opening the application.
Also, may i know the FCT version you are using
Hello,
We disabled windows defender and tried to uninstall - but still no luck.
We are using 6.4.6.1658
Hi Team,
Could you please use FCT above 7.0.3 and keep us posted
Hi,
The same issue is seen on Fedora Core 35 with forticlient-7.0.7.0246-1.el7.x86_64.rpm
Only see the File and Help menus. Tried reinstalling. The Debian/Ubuntu version works fine.
Starting it in shell either with forticlient GUI or as seen below, it stops with "ready to show".
Suggestions?
