Hi @ibn-mohey,
Did you have any antivirus turn on? Try to turn off and install again.
i don't, i have everything turned off I only turn it on when downloading from outsource
more into it in drivers menu i got
Windows is still setting up the class configuration for this device. (Code 56)
hi,
what's your windows OS? do you have 'admin' rights on your laptop/machine?
try to run/install as admin?
is it the same for your other windows machine?
yes i have admin rights and i do run it as admin and I disabled all other VPNS networks and VMs so it doesn't affect it yet no luck
I am having the same issue. Users had no problems running 7.0.7, but some user upgraded to 7.0.11 are having the 98% issue and on the install it just hangs for a very long time installing drivers. When looking at Device Manager, it has both VPN adapters listed, but they have and exclamation point and when I look at the driver properties, it only lists ftvnic.sys. If I look at a working machine it has that driver and also has Fortideviceguard.sys listed.
