fortianalyzer not pulling info on different subnet

we have fortianalyzer at our main office, and have several remote sites connected via T1 lines, they are on separate subnets. all internet traffic goes through our main office, thus through the analyzer, yet when we search the logs we only see the local subnet traffic. is there a place in the analyzer to put in the different subnets?

a few questions. All the internet traffic goes to a Fortigate in your main office and that FGT logs on the Fortianalyzer right? Is there a L3 device before the Fortigate that applies NAT to your remote site' s traffic?Maybe there is something doing NAT the traffic to a local IP. Do you have specific policys for each subnet or just one general policy?
