fortiPortal 7.0 expanding storage issue

I've downloaded and setup fortiportal 7.0 VM on ESXi.  The default disk is configured as 12GB.  I have expanded this in vCenter to 100GB.  What is the command to expand the storage in the appliance, as LVM doesn't appear to be valid.

The document link is for v5.2

I am having issues with v7.0, which is a new design with an integrated database.  the appliance also appears to be running FortiOS, when the previous versions were 'standard' linux and the associated tools.

v7.0 says it is GA, but the manuals and the OVA don't appear to even be closely related.
