firewall rules for WhatsApp

Probably it is a question that has been asked several times but I was not able to find a satisfying answer. I would like to enable chat and calls (video and audio) for Whatsapp by reducing the number of ports and possible destinations. There is a possibility through a Policy rule or using Security Profile to restrict access to Whatsapp application only?
