faild upgrade

Hello Dears

i am trying to upgrade my FortiSIEM from 6.1.2 to be 7.0.1 but i got the following error

MON_ROLE=phMonitorSupervisor
set python symlink to python2 using alternatives...
Version string Pattern Match Passed
AppServer is not reachable from super. Restarting AppServer. This can take a few minutes...
There is no such domain directory: /opt/glassfish3/glassfish/domains/domain1
Command restart-domain failed.
AppServer is still not reachable even after restarting it. Aborting Upgrade...

anyone could help me plz since i was on version 7 before go to 7.0.1 but the upgrade faild the support team gauid me to do factoryrest but also it is faild

Frankly, a support call to FTNT is your best option. As FortiSIEM is not exactly a widespread product, you will get a savvy supporter quickly. Work with him to find the root cause, I'm sure they can fix it.

If anyone else is having this issue, i found that using "sudo su" before running the "sh upgrade.sh" command worked (i.e. don't use "sudo sh upgrade.sh" use "sudo su" then "sh upgrade.sh").
