external call transfer

I have two fortivoice with SIP trunk between them.

When I try to transfer an external connection from FortiVoice A to Fortivoice B using an ATA on the destination the phone does not ring, however if the call is activated it works normally.

When I try to transfer an external call from Fortivoice A to Fortivoice B using a Softphone at the destination the call is successfully received at the destination.

Hi Hamir,

Can you do a trace for this call transfer ? it'll be easier to analyse where is the problem.

Go to your admin page under System/ network/ traffic capture and create a trace, then send it to me in PM

Thank you.

I'm assuming the trace is from Fortivoice B ?

it seems like your ATA is unavailable in that case. check in your call routing configuration on Fortivoice B, send me eventually some screenshot of your call routing. Where are you located ?
