exclude specific URL from malicious URL

hello every body 

My customer has a web app with address of https://xxx.test.com that my fortigate 6.4.2 will block the traffic by reason of "URL blocked by malicious-url-list". how can i told to fortigate to allow this particular URL to pass though the firewall without any IPS inspection. 

on customer server has more than 20 web App with diffrent URL.i can not create rule to exclude server IP address. i want to exclude  only one URL " https://xxx.test.com " from being to scan by firewall IPS engine.
