Good morning friends, a question:
In fortigate I have two tokens available, the ones that come by default. I need to assign those tokens to two users, but when I assign the token I get an error message (image).
The FG version is 7.2.8, could it be a bug in the version?

Hi @unknown1020,

Regards,
can you run this command and see if it import the token again?
execute fortitoken-mobile import 0000-0000-0000-0000-0000
if it doesnt, running the debug and assigning the token might give clue on what's happening :
dia de cons times en
dia deb app forticldd -1
dia fortitoken de en
dia de en
stop debug with dia de disa
You mean I should delete the two tokens and then run that command: execute fortitoken-mobile import 0000-0000-0000-0000-0000 ?
This mostly happens when you import config from another Fortigate unit.
The fix is simple, just delete both the free FortiTokens from Fortigate GUI. A new button will then appear, which will allow you to download new ones.
