I deleted the policies and dhcp already i restore factory default already still no luck. I have tried this link http://kb.fortinet.com/kb/viewContent.do?externalId=FD30889 still no luck. I run in CLI: diagnose sys checkused system.interface.name internal entry used by table firewall.vip:name 'dnsfwd_internal_tcp' entry used by table firewall.vip:name 'dnsfwd_internal_udp' How to delete those entry? Any help? Thank you.

Seems like you still have VIPs configured with this interface:

config firewall vip

  delete dnsfwd_internal_tcp

  delete dnsfwd_internal_udp

end

Did you delete the vip entries?
