download Forticlient offline

hi there,

I need to set up some laptops to have pre-installed Forticlient. Is there a way to download forticlient full version (not online version), so I can easily deploy to those laptops?

since my internet connection not so fast, 1 laptop need almost 1.5 hours just for install forticlient using online version. I need to set up 16 laptops. those laptops will connect to fortigate with OS 5.0 above, but before 5.2

need help please.

Once on the support site, click on the Download link then choose Firmware Images then select FortiClient.  Browse to the version you want.  The Readme_1st.txt document outlines which files are what.

Once on the support site, click on the Download link then choose Firmware Images then select FortiClient.  Browse to the version you want.  The Readme_1st.txt document outlines which files are what.

FWIW

You don't need a support contract for basic downloads forticlient

Just make sure you hoover on the respective OSes and download the correct type.

This downloads the very same ONLINE ONLY installers!

Fortunately one can pickup the full msi installer from %temp% folder on Windows, and for Mac one needs to run from terminal

/Applications/FortiClientUpdate/Contents/MacOS/FortiClientUpdate

where after download one can see where in /var FortiClient.dmg was saved

I cannot get FortiClient.dmg, it still shows "Failed to connect to the update server",
