different pptp VPN´s

Hallo, We use an Active/Passive Cluster of two FortiGate with Firmware v5.0,build0208 (GA Patch 3). Is it possible to have two different permission levels for a PPTP VPN? Thus a group that has access to all servers and another group the hat access to only one server. A " User Identify" Firewall Policy seems not to work. If I use a " User Identify" Firewall Policy it is not possible to contact a Server. Thanks a lot!
