Hi @ganesh_karale ,
Kindly ensure that FAZ has Internet connection for FortiGuard to validate the license information. If your FAZ has access to the Internet, kindly run the following CLI commands and verify again:
# diagnose fmupdate service-restart fds
Wait 5 minutes, then run,
# diagnose fmupdate updatenow fds
Our current FortiManager is not compatible with 7.2.7 and we haven't pushed the new firmware out to all of production (we like to be cautious with this stuff to prevent downtime). If we started with FortiManager first, we would need to upgrade all of our gates with it so that we could still centrally manage our network https://tutuapp.uno/ .
