custom device and groups not working. 6.2 firmware

hi. custom device and groups do not work after updating to fortigate 1000d 6.2. what do I need to do about it.  registered ones have been deleted. pls help

I upgraded the 100E to 6.2.0 and had the option of custom devices and group, but when I upgraded my 300D firewall to 6.2.0, I found that this option was not available. If Fortine completely removed this menu, I wouldn't have seen it on the 100E.

How can i apply policy to limit internet bandwidth all mobile devices in office if custom devices and group gone like this, please kindly comments.
