corporate application traffic blocked

Hi all, users can' t print some documents generated from SAGE HRM, a payroll application located in a remote location accessible through a VPN tunnel. I have disabled the " application control profile" I configured for few minutes and then the users were able to generate the pdf document they wanted to print. I' ve made researchs and found something about ICCP. Do you think I should enable all ICCP traffic coming from both fortigate units ? If not, what I can do fix this problem ? Thanks !
