Hi

Can you also  setup the number of concurrent logins on the FAC if the FGT settings are left to default?

For explicit authentication, no.  This is because FAC only sees the login and not necessarily the logout.  We leave FGT control this.  With FSSO we do limit the number of concurrent logins under Fortinet SSO Methods > SSO > General > Maximum concurrent user sessions.
