clear cache

After a updated rating url submission has been done, we are still getting the old category. I know it is cache-related, but how can I update this without reboot the fgt ? The website is autodev.com. It was religion, and now it is business.

I did it, with no success. I think it is strange to reboot the device for a minor rating update...10 days after the request has been done. Thanks again

How about disable ratings, apply, then re-enable, and apply again?

Ok, another attempt; under System->Maintenance->FortiGuardCenter->WebFiltering there' s a box to fill with TTL for WF caching. Default value when enabled is 3600 seg This means that your FGT will store URL ratings in the cache for 1 hour without contact Fguard servers again (or until newer cache entries force the removal of the older ones) What about to change that value to force expiration?

I have disabled fg web filtering on all the protection profiles, then I adjusted the ttl cache to 300 sec. I waited 15 minutes, tried again, it worked (...filtering disabled). Then I reactivate the web filtering and... autodev.com is still marked as a religion website. To be certain I tried on different computers which are on different protection profiles and they have all the same result.

I added myself to a restrictive profile, and it' s rated as ' Business' for me. I would schedule a reboot for after hours, and if that fails, put in a ticket.

Are you sure the PC is not caching the page? Clear out the PC cache, and see what then comes up.

Yes it' s the first thing I have checked. And when I deactivate the protection profile the website load correctly.
