After a updated rating url submission has been done, we are still getting the old category. I know it is cache-related, but how can I update this without reboot the fgt ? The website is autodev.com. It was religion, and now it is business.

Could it be because it cannot download updates? Is it updated at the same time with AV and antispam ? Because those updates work.

I' ve open a ticket, and here is the answer of Fortinet tech support : ----- The issue here is that, while the domain itself was re-categorized as business, the IP address it resolves to was not. So in your web filtering configuration, the option to rate URLs by domain and IP address was finding the ip, (207.97.221.32) was still in the ' religion' category. I have re-rated this IP for you, so after the next hour, you should no longer have any issues with accessing this domain. ----- (No comments)
